Downloads are saved to the default location set in your web browser’s settings. This is typically your computer’s “downloads” folder. Please consult your browser’s help section to determine how to locate and make changes to that setting. Here are some direct links to popular browsers:
Downloading to Mobile Devices
Depending on the device, downloads may appear in the Files app or in your device's Photos app.

All media downloaded from your gallery's mobile app can be found in the Photos app. The files will sync by the date they were created. This is typically within 48 hours of the date they were uploaded to the gallery. For weddings, this date can range from the date of your wedding to the date your collection is delivered in full.
Single Photos downloaded from the browser can be found in your device's Photos app.
Multiple Photos downloaded from the browser can be found in your Files app. Refer to Apple Support for guidance on how to locate and move photos from the Files app on your mobile device.
